Project manager IT

Collaborate on a new view of IT realization

We're Bolt it, nice to meet you!

At Bolt it, we exist by the grace of our customers. Just like many other companies. But at Bolt it we stand for making IT realization manageable, from a clear analysis and roadmap and in connection with our customers' organization and plans. At Bolt it we have extensive experience in understanding and analyzing IT objectives and solution directions. We do this by making a realistic and pragmatic translation to implementation. This is how we achieve the desired IT systems and processes for our customers.

And the fact that we always deliver our deliverables for a previously agreed price and a predetermined time is not (for?) nothing! Such guarantees demand the necessary from our employees. Especially when you consider that we always keep our commitments, communicate openly and honestly and do not make things look better than they are. As a result, things may not always go smoothly. You have to be able to stand that. Just like a result that does not lie. It's just what makes you happy.

Our way of working

So we work very hard every day to achieve the results agreed with the customer and to make them work. This does not happen “from 9 to 5” and is not without obstacles. But a satisfied customer and a “job well done” are the guarantees that both our and your ambitions can be realized.

At Bolt it, we like to keep things simple and the lines short. That is why we work with three teams that are inextricably linked and work intensively together to achieve those results:

  • The 'analyst' team that knows how to 'put its finger on the sore spot' with the customer and can determine the required solution direction;
  • The “facilities” team that understands which internal and external disciplines are needed to achieve the desired result and throughout the process ensures optimal cooperation between the various disciplines by providing all the necessary facilities;
  • The 'realization' team that ensures, in a tight and often project-based manner, that the desired result is achieved within the agreed conditions.

Are you Bolt enough?

What do you think; that all sounds super challenging doesn't it? That's good because at the moment we are looking for a new “Bolter” to strengthen our “analyst team”, who is able to conduct intake interviews with our (potential) customers, to 'put his finger on the sore spot' during the interview and to formulate a possible solution direction/plan. This requires sharp analytical skills. It is therefore logical that we at Bolt it talk about our 'Solution Analysts'.

And because this is not just a job, we have quite a few nuts to our singing, such as;

  • A sharp, fast working, analytical ability;
  • excellent communication and social skills;
  • the innate ability to think in terms of solutions rather than problems;
  • the ability to separate main and secondary issues
  • the ability to formulate findings in comprehensible language
  • to value cooperation above individualism
  • Relevant education(s);preferably experience in IT projects that you have realized with the implementation of the IT projects in the business. (Solution designs are no stranger to you, ITIL, Prince2, Safe are methodologies and IT working methods that you know and can handle);
  • Experience in renewal projects and replacement projects in the field of practical solutions and getting them done through good analysis and decision making is an advantage.
